40 years. From the individual entrepreneur craftsman to the medium-sized company, from the parents to the new generation. Years full of bumpy work, successes, and workdays always full of novelties.
“All I wanted was a good workplace for myself” – said the founder several times in his recollections, and this mission has remained also by now, supplemented by subsistence provided for 160 employees, and continuously developing conscious directives, paying special attention to social relations.
BORSODI MŰHELY Kft. has always been proud to its past and is able to act for its future. The continuous development was secured by numerous transformations, profile extension, organisation development, introduction and development of quality management and company management systems, introduction of innovative high-tech technologies during the years.
In addition to its business processes, the undertaking places strong emphasis on social responsibility. They actively contribute to vocational and high-level education in three towns, and are members and players of representative bodies.
40 years! The founders, the second and third generation were celebrating together with the employees. The two managing directors, Horváthné Borsodi Mónika and Borsodi László handed over the jubilee prizes to the employees as in every other year, and then welcomed the parents – the founders. Thanks and gratitude. The second generation continues managing the company with these two words, recalling the company slogan: “A precise metallic future!”
